Prototype Sniping Laser (Sniper Rifle)

While the Ranger Arms is probably the best Sniper Rifle in Shadowrun: Hong Kong in terms of its stats, its contender Prototype Sniping Laser is probably the more ideal option for most players in the latter part of this cyberpunk RPG's story.
